Our fund management process involves the origination of the fund concept and investment policy through to proposal structuring, marketing and completion. Continuous review of portfolio strategy in line with investment guidelines set for each portfolio is followed with the aim of securing the best market returns within certain risk parameters. The Company manages its own internal portfolios and also works with joint venture partners in the creation of opportunistic/development portfolios and long terms funds.

Origination: Through our extensive network and contacts in the market we are able to source on and off market both development land with hope value and standing investments for our own account or our joint venture portfolios.

Our asset management process follows a systematic and rigorous approach to existing portfolio's, by preparing a business plan for each asset and working the assets according to the objectives in the plan. The company believes in added value initiatives and will work with its joint venture partners to explore all viable options to re-position existing assets either through planning change of use, refurbishment, lease restructuring, redevelopment, input into space design , development , tenant mix, marketing and leasing strategies, disposal/exit strategies and tenant covenant strength.

Our hands-on approach to asset management enables us to extract full value from every asset to maximize investment returns.
