Anchorage Leisures SPV

o Anchorage Leisures SPV is the holding company for the first 5 star Radisson Blu hotel currently under construction in Lagos and imminent for completion. On completion the hotel will have 170 bed rooms an impressive Christian Lundwall Arkitektkonter designed rear external terrace overlooking the Lagoon amongst others.

o Investors in the SPV include Africinvest, a leading North African fund with shareholders including FMO and EIB (European Investment Bank).
